Interview – Raoul RUGAMBA “Promoting digitalisation of CCI actors in Africa”

Creative and Cultural Industries | Digital Creative Industries | Jobs | Rwanda | Training

Bringing together the actors of cultural and digital creative industries in the continent, but also public officials, investors, technical partners and all those who participate in building this ecosystem, this is the ambition of Raoul RUGAMBA, founder of Africa in Colors.

Young Rwandan entrepreneur, Raoul RUGAMBA has been working in the cultural and digital creative industries in Rwanda but also in the region for about ten years. This was through Hobe Agency, a creative communication and event management agency that he founded before launching, in 2020, the Africa in Colors platform intended to promote and also to structure the ecosystem of African CCIs by bringing together its main actors from the continent and internationally. With one ambition: to enhance the value of artists, accompany them and ultimately increase the sector’s contribution to the development of the continent, and in passing create jobs.
