Comoé Capital | I&P | Impact Funds | Issa SIDIBÉ | Private equity

“Scale” Series – A member of the Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) fund team since 2017, Issa SIDIBÉ is the Managing Director of the impact fund Comoé Capital. Sponsored by I&P DEV 2, the financial vehicle is dedicated to financing and supporting small and medium businesses with high potential in Ivory Coast.

Ivorian, Issa SIDIBÉ holds an engineering degree from the Yamoussoukor’s INPHB (Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny - ex INSET) and a Master of Science from HEC Paris. He first worked as a banking risk consultant and internal auditor for several banking groups (Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, BPCE) in France and Luxembourg. He then joined the investment fund Cauris Management in Abidjan, before co-founding TaxiJet, an Abidjan-based transport reservation start-up inspired by Uber, two years later.

Today, Issa SIDIBÉ manages Comoé Capital, the first impact investment fund dedicated to financing and supporting Ivorian SMEs and start-ups. The financial vehicle is the fifth African fund sponsored by the French private equity firm Investisseurs & Partenaires, as part of the I&P Développement 2 fund, after Sinergi Niger (Niger), Sinergi Burkina (Burkina Faso), Teranga Capital (Senegal) and Miarakap (Madagascar).
