For its 17th edition, eLearning Africa, scheduled from May 29 to 31, 2024, returns to Kigali, often referred to as the “Innovation City in Africa” for its ICT and innovation initiatives. The event’s theme, “Education as an Engine of Innovation and Investment as a Catalyst for Skills: Africa’s Rapid Evolution,” aligns with global changes and Africa’s commitment to the African Union’s Agenda 2063.
